The Australian Society of Magicians Assembly No.1 Melbourne meets on the second Monday of the month. ASM Inc meetings are generally only open to members in good standing. Magicians, who are not members but wish to attend a meeting of the club, as a courtesy, should first contact the President or Secretary. (See Office Bearers).

Apart from the regular and general meetings, in addition, a number of special events are conducted which are often open to all magicians and in some cases, the general public. Other events are available and advertised for the benefit of all, even though they may not be organised by the ASM Inc.
